How i started:
I started back in the 80's as a retirement program in my spare time, and I have been
full time real estate investor after quiting my job as a PROJECT ENGINEER with the
big three. The current conditions are starting to remind me of that when I started
investing.
How I started doing FORECLOSURES with no equity is by accident. I was renting some
property and I have been getting a lot of strange phone calls, like my landlord did not
pay mortgage payments and I'm being evicted. Believe me I was stunned because I
was getting 4 of these calls a day, and getting the best paying tenants too. So I hired
consultants to help find out how to do these, and I still talk to them for advise, actually
they now how call me for advise.
